Our Leadership

Founded by Mr. Alberto Luzzi in 2015, Jay Nepal has grown from a volunteer-led initiative into a Nepal-based organization delivering sustainable programs in healthcare, education, community development, and livelihood support.

Today, Jay Nepal is guided by its executive leadership and Nepal Board, working closely with local professionals, community members, volunteers, and international partners. This locally driven leadership structure ensures that every initiative responds to the real needs of the communities we serve while maintaining transparency, accountability, and long-term impact.
